Clifford Chance advises syndicate of banks on Azerion's listing on Euronext Amsterdam via a business combination with SPAC European FinTech IPO Company 1

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the syndicate of banks, including Credit Suisse Bank (Europe), S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Jefferies GmbH, as capital markets advisers on the listing on Euronext Amsterdam of Azerion, a leading European digital entertainment and media company, via a business combination with European FinTech IPO Company 1 B.V. (EFIC1), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).

The business combination was completed on 1 February 2022 with the first day of trading on Euronext Amsterdam of Azerion's shares on 2 February 2022.
