Clifford Chance advises Navitas Capital on the increase of its stake in Beter Bed Holding
Clifford Chance has advised Navitas Capital on the increase of its stake in Beter Bed Holding – the Netherlands' largest sleep specialist in retail, wholesale and B2B – to 16.8%. Navitas Capital already held 8.9% of the shares of the company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. The stake was acquired from Magical Honor Limited. Read more about Navitas Capital's stake increase.
