Clifford Chance advises DPE on the sale of eds.group to Jet Investment
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the sale of Euro-Druckservice GmbH (eds.group) to Czech-based investment company Jet Investment. The transaction is expected to close in March 2022.
eds.group is the largest partner for retail chains for on-time printed marketing communication and publishing house in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) with approx. 1,500 employees across eight locations in five countries and annual revenues of 300 million Euros.
With the support of DPE eds group has expanded its market leadership in CEE through organic growth and one strategic acquisition. With their new partner Jet Investment, eds group plans to further invest in its growth in CEE and in strengthening its position in the region.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat DPE Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) bei dem Verkauf der Euro-Druckservice GmbH (eds.group) an die tschechische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Jet Investment beraten. Die Transaktion soll im März 2022 abgeschlossen werden.
Mit rund 1.500 Mitarbeitern an acht Standorten in fünf Ländern und einem Jahresumsatz von rund 300 Millionen Euro ist eds.group der größte Partner von Handelsketten für termingerecht gedruckte Marketingkommunikation und von Verlagen in Mitteleuropa (CEE).
Mit der Unterstützung von DPE konnte eds.group ihre Marktführerschaft in CEE durch organisches Wachstum und eine strategische Akquisition ausbauen. Mit dem neuen Partner Jet Investment plant die Gesellschaft nun weiter in ihr Wachstum in CEE sowie in die Stärkung ihrer Position in der Region zu investieren.
