Daniel Mutisya promoted to Director and Co-Head of the East Africa practice

International law firm Clifford Chance announced today that Daniel (Danny) Mutisya has been promoted to the position of Director of Africa, and Co-Head of East Africa, performing that role alongside London corporate partner Jennifer Mbaluto.

Danny, who is dual qualified in England & Wales and Kenya, has been a key member of the firm's private equity team since 2014. He has a wealth of experience advising financial investors on cross border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on Africa, key clients including Actis, Alterra Capital Partners and 8 Miles.
