Clifford Chance has advised Inversis on its strategic agreement with Accenture

Inversis has signed a strategic agreement with Accenture to improve its tech capabilities and implement an internationalisation plan. Accenture will, as preferred tech outsourcing partner, help Inversis, develop, modernise and improve Inversis' tech platform and capabilities. The strategic agreement should also boost the internationalisation of Inversis and its expansion - firstly to certain key markets in Europe. The deal does not involve any equity exchange between the parties, nor the incorporation of a joint venture SPV. The agreement is subject to authorisation by the Bank of Spain.

The Clifford Chance team advising Inversis comprised Jorge Martín Sainz and Daniel García from the Madrid Corporate group, and Juan Cuerva and Manel Santilari from the Barcelona IP group.
