Clifford Chance advises Deutsche Alternative Asset Management UK Limited on the acquisition of "Neukölln Arcaden" in Berlin

Clifford Chance advised Deutsche Alternative Asset Management UK Limited, a subsidiary of Deutsche Asset Management, on the acquisition of "Neukölln Arcaden" in Berlin from Tristan Capital Partners by way of a share deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

"Neukölln Arcaden" are located at Karl-Marx-Straße in Berlin-Neukölln and were opened in 2000. The centre covers 37,900 square metres, with 27,000 square metres of retail space. Tristan Capital Partners had acquired the shopping centre for its Core-plus fund Curzon Capital Partners (CCP) III in 2015.

With approximately EUR 706 billion of assets under management (as of 31 December 2016), Deutsche Asset Management is one of the world’s leading investment management organizations.

Clifford Chance berät Deutsche Alternative Asset Management UK Limited beim Erwerb der Neukölln Arcaden in Berlin

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Deutsche Alternative Asset Management UK Limited, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Deutsche Asset Management, beim Erwerb der "Neukölln Arcaden" in Berlin im Wege eines Share Deals beraten. Der Verkäufer des Einkaufszentrums ist Tristan Capital Partners. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Die "Neukölln Arcaden" an der Karl-Marx-Straße in Berlin-Neukölln wurden im Jahr 2000 eröffnet und umfassen 37.900 Quadratmeter, davon 27.000 Quadratmeter Einzelhandelsfläche. Tristan Capital Partners hatte das Einkaufszentrum 2015 für seinen Core-plus-Fonds Curzon Capital Partners (CCP) III erworben.

Mit rund 706 Milliarden Euro verwaltetem Vermögen (Stand: 31. Dezember 2016) gehört die Deutsche Asset Management zu den weltweit führenden Vermögensverwaltern.
