International law firm Clifford Chance has been Ranked in Mergermarket Database as being the top firm for Private Equity including buyouts and exits in Europe and UK.

The results have shown Clifford Chance rank in first place in Europe for H1 2015, having advised on 49 deals with a combined value of £18.6 billion. In the UK, Clifford Chance was also ranked as the top firm for value and volume of Private Equity buyouts and exits combined.
