Clifford Chance moving to 1 rue d'Astorg as from 11 May 2015

As from 11 May 2015, the offices of the international business law firm Clifford Chance will be located at 1 rue d'Astorg, at the heart of a triangle formed by Place Saint-Augustin, Place Beauvau and Place de la Madeleine in the 8th District of Paris.

Clifford Chance's teams will occupy the entire totally independent four-storeyed corner building that was designed at the beginning of the 20th Century by the architect Henri-Paul Nénot. The building offers the firm's clients and teams twenty or so meeting rooms fitted with the latest audio-visual and communication technology along with a 160-seat auditorium.

Constructed around a vast, well-lit inner atrium, the offices will provide clients and members of the firm's staff with the highest quality of working environment.

Client accessibility to the former private mansion, will be facilitated through the provision of a number of parking places in the building's own private car park, entry to which will be via Place des Saussaies.

The building, which covers a surface area of roughly 10,000 square metres, was the historic headquarters of the Compagnie Financière de Suez.
