Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised UBS Group in the change of control procedure and filings with the ACPR and the European Central Bank in the context of the creation of a new holding company for the purposes of ensuring a better resolvability of the group (and especially the exercise of bail-in by the resolution authorities) under the new EU regime deriving from the banking resolution directive and CRD IV.
