Clifford Chance Italy in the change-over of Imser 60 to a non-listed real estate investment company

Clifford Chance assisted Ambac Assurance UK Limited, guarantor of the asset-backed securities previously issued by Imser Securitisation 2 S.r.l., in relation to the change-over of Imser 60* to a non-listed real estate investment company in the context of Beni Stabili's own change-over to a listed real estate investment company.

The Clifford Chance team was coordinated by counsel Stefano Agnoli and included associate Filippo Tassoni. Partner Carlo Galli, head of CC Italy's tax practice, advised in relation to the fiscal structure.
