Clifford Chance won TMT Legal Adviser of the Year at the TMT Finance Awards 2015. This was awarded to us for the second year running and is a recognition of the strength of our global TMT team and capabilities.
 
After a very strong year the judging panel, comprising key market players, intermediaries and peer law firms, considered our global offering and capabilities worthy of recognition. Our global TMT practice comprises a first-class multi-disciplinary team which regularly advises on the most complex deals in the market.

The team comprises specialist lawyers all closely or exclusively focused on the TMT sector. This means that we are able to manage the regulatory requirements of multi-jurisdictional and cross-practice transactions, drawing on the strengths of specialised teams including M&A, antitrust, finance, tax and disputes.

The team is at the helm of some of the largest and most innovative deals in the world, often involving transformational projects which shape the TMT landscape.
