Clifford Chance

Clifford Chance has been named Overall Legal Advisor of the Year in the Private Equity Africa Awards 2014 and has now been recognised by Private Equity Africa in each of the three years that they have been running these awards. Clifford Chance also advised on one of the deals specially recognised in the awards - Actis' investment in Edita Food Industries which was named as North Africa Consumer Deal of the Year.
