Firm chalks up more successes at IFLR Europe Awards 2011

Clifford Chance was recognised for its strength across Europe and in key sectors at the IFLR Europe Awards 2011, held in London on Wednesday, 23 March.

EMEA

The Firm received the awards for:

  • Private Equity Team of the Year
  • Project Finance Team of the Year
  • Belgium Law Firm of the Year

We were also shortlisted for Equity, M&A, Restructuring and International Law Firm of the Year.

In addition, Clifford Chance advised on three award-winning deals:

  • Equity Deal of the Year (Rusal's Russian depositary receipts programme)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year (Carlyle's purchase of the B&B Hotels Group)
  • Restructuring Deal of the Year (LyondellBasel)
