Congratulations goes out to the Japan team with assistance from Hong Kong for their work on the corporate reorganisation of Japan Airlines which garnered the "Restructuring Deal of the Year" award.
Kudos also goes out to the Asia Pacific teams for being awarded "Private Equity Deal of the Year" for CVC Capital Partners' acquisition of PT Matahari Department store.
