  • Advising Rosatom on its joint venture with Siemens for the creation of a global nuclear partnership;
  • Advising the lenders on the financing for the EUR 7 billion Nord Stream gas project - a major offshore pipeline, which will pass through the economic zones of Russia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Germany;
  • Advising the co-ordinating committee of lenders in relation to the restructuring of facilities made available to the RUSAL Group, which has total indebtedness of approximately USD 15 billion;
  • Representing Tenex, a Russian leading player in the uranium industry, in connection with challenge proceedings in Sweden and enforcement proceedings in the U.S. in relation to an award rendered in favour of Tenex in a USD 1 billion case;
  • Advising VTB Capital in respect of the acquisition from a major Moscow based developer of one of the most significant and prestigious office complexes in central Moscow in a deal worth approximately US$200 million;
  • Acting as a counsel to underwriters in respect of public offering of global depository receipts of OJSC Magnit, a leading Russian retailer, under Regulation S / Rule 144 A.
