Our social housing practice benefits from a wealth of experience in the funding aspects of affordable housing with many of the team having been involved in the sector since the introduction of private finance funding to the sector with the large scale voluntary transfers (LSVTs) in the eighties.  The team's reputation has been gained from having lead some of the most complicated deals in the sector and in being consulted by relevant governmental and sector regulators in relation to new developments and policy changes affecting the sector.
