Wouter van den Bosch is a senior associate in the Amsterdam Global Financial Markets Group and a member of the Global Tech and Global Financial Regulatory Group. He specialises in advising on strategic, governance and financial regulatory aspects, with a focus on Fintechs (including online banks / brokers, payment service providers, crypto service providers and asset managers). Wouter regularly advises on license application procedures and has extensive experience in liaising with the Dutch regulators. He is often involved in M&A transactions / restructurings / reorganisations (including advising on and obtaining the relevant approvals from the regulators and (preparation for) screening procedures of senior management). Wouter regularly publishes articles and client briefings in his fields of expertise.
