CRC: Primer for the Initial Phase (Phase 2)

The "Initial Phase" (formerly called Phase 2) of the CRC Energy Efficiency scheme is now underway as from 1 April 2014. The window to buy lower price allowances is open until the end of April and CRC Participants should have finalised their allowance acquisition strategy for the current compliance year.
