New Australian Foreign Investment Policy – Agricultural Land Register

The Treasurer has today released a new version of the foreign investment policy (Policy) which, together with the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) (and associated regulations) sets out the rules for inbound foreign investment in Australia.
