Overview
Clifford Chance operates a clear governance model. The management of the firm is the responsibility of the Management Committee, chaired by the managing partner. The Management Committee is responsible for the firm's strategy, finances and profitability, the firm's growth and the development of its competitive position. The performance of the Management Committee is monitored by the Partnership Council. Chaired by the senior partner this body also maintains the Firm's values and safeguards the Firm's reputation.
