Zarrar Sehgal is head of the Transport & Logistics Group and Co-Head of the US Asset Finance Practice and has extensive experience representing underwriters, lenders, lessors, funds and governmental agencies in a wide variety of asset finance transactions, including portfolio securitizations, loan portfolio dispositions, acquisition financing, leveraged leasing, EETC transactions, secured lending, structured financing, as well as credit enhancements, 144A and private placement transactions, including asset-backed financings, securitizations, restructurings, finance and leveraged lease transactions, operating leases and export credit agency-supported financings.
