Experience and career history

Thomas Schulte has extensive experience on all aspects of financing transactions, including asset financing, secured commercial finance transactions, structured financings.  In addition Thomas has wide ranging experience on acquisition lease financings involving real property, aircraft, computer equipment, trucks, trailers and vessels. His practice also involves the representation of firm clients on debt restructurings, loan workouts, debtor-in-possession financings and intercreditor arrangements.
