Experience and career history
Jason Young represents major domestic and foreign financial institutions and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financing, structured financing, asset financing, debt restructuring and a variety of other financing transactions.
Jason's experience covers a full array of domestic and cross-border transactions, including many Asian, Latin American and European deals, and a variety of industries, including professional sports, real estate, insurance, financial institutions and media. In 2007 he worked in Clifford Chance's Hong Kong office, focusing on Asian acquisition finance transactions.
