
David Felsenthal
Experience and career history
Mr. Felsenthal's practice focuses on financial transactions. He has worked on a wide range of derivatives and other trading transactions. He has also been extensively involved in structured securities transactions, including credit-linked and equity-linked notes. In addition, he has advised on the regulation of financial institutions and transactions.
Mr. Felsenthal's expertise has been recognized by several financial trade organizations. He has represented such organizations in drafting template trading agreements and standard opinions for repo, securities and foreign exchange agreements. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Journal of Risk Finance.
