Partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice of Clifford Chance specializing in financial restructuring and bankruptcy.

Primarily represents foreign and domestic banks in the restructuring and recovery of syndicated loan facilities. He has counseled agents, bank groups and principal lenders in many of their significant exposures. His extensive corporate finance and transactional experience is coupled with strong litigation skills honed in jury trials and appellate arguments across the US.


Mr. Brozman has been recognized by Who's Who in American Law, The International Who's Who of Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers (2008) and is continually listed in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. He attended the INSOL Scottsdale Conference 2006 as Panelist: Deepening Insolvency and Other Claims Against Turnaround Professionals, Lenders and Directors, and the INSOL Paris Colloquium as Panelist: The Reformation of the French Insolvency Laws. He is on the Board of Editors of the Journal of Bankruptcy Law and a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International.
