Experience and career history

Advises major international and Russian corporations on joint ventures, M&A transactions, project financing and foreign investments across a number of industry fields with a special focus on the healthcare, petrochemical and real estate/PPP sectors. Heads the Russian competition group and specialises in all areas of Russian and EU competition law. He has extensive experience in advising clients on Russian and EU merger clearance proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, vertical relationships, parallel import issues and antimonopoly matters in other CIS countries.
