Grzegorz specialises in banking, securities, telecommunications and corporate law. He has vast experience in the finance sector, recently having been voted one of Poland’s leading finance lawyers. Grzegorz has advised several banks on the creation of Polish commercial paper programmes, certificates of deposit programmes and other capital market products, and the Polish Parliament on the draft law on bonds.
