Andrzej Stosio
Experience and career history
Andrzej Stosio specialises in banking and debt capital markets, from both transactional and regulatory perspective. He regularly represents clients in project and acquisition finance and major debt restructuring transactions. Andrzej has advised a number of international and Polish financial institutions and Polish corporates on derivatives, repossessions, securities lending and emission allowances trading as well as custody, brokerage and trading platforms. Recently Andrzej has been acting in connection with loan portfolios, securitisations, issuances, and offers and listings of bonds, certificates of deposits and various structured products.
