Experience and career history
François-Xavier Dujardin advises banks, financial institutions, funds and private equity sponsors on cross-border tax structures. He is a member of the Luxembourg section of the IFA (International Fiscal Association); of the ALJB (Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Banques) ; and a former member of the IFRS & Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Chartered Accountant Board and the ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) Securitisation group. Francois-Xavier is a Lecturer ("Vacataire") at the Institut de Sciences Politiques, University of Strasbourg in international tax law.
