Experience and career history

Simon Crown advises on domestic and international financial regulation, including licensing, governance, conduct of business, prudential and client assets regulation.  He also specialises in mergers, acquisitions and group reorganisations involving regulated entities; funds and asset management and in particular the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive; and market abuse and anti-money laundering regulation. He also specialises in advice on transaction services, including treasury services, payments, custody and fund administration.
