Specialises in financing transactions in the context of Japan and transactions relating to the financing, acquisition and/or disposal of Japanese assets, with particular expertise in aircraft leasing and finance. Has expertise across a broad range of secured and unsecured banking, finance and capital markets work, including bilateral and syndicated lending, limited recourse finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, asset finance, securitisation and repackaging. Experience in public securitisations of, and ABCP backed by, various Japanese assets, including aircraft, loans and equipment leases, auto receivables, promissory notes and debt receivables.
