Experience and career history
Patrick Sarch specialises in advising corporate, private equity and investment banking clients on domestic and cross-border public company M&A. This includes public to private takeovers, schemes of arrangement, hostile and recommended bids. Patrick also advises on Takeover Code issues, securities law and the Listing Rules, corporate and acquisition financing structures as well as secondary issues and capital restructuring.
