Kelwin Nicholls specialises in banking and financial services litigation and disputes, regulatory investigations/enforcement and compliance advice for banks, financial institutions and corporate clients. 

Kelwin's recent litigation matters include defending financial institutions against mis-selling claims and representing financial institutions in disputes over swaps and options, forum disputes and recovering debts from defaulting customers.  He has also been involved with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions including investigations into disclosure by listed companies, rogue traders, market abuse investigations and cross-border enforcement actions by regulators from various jurisdictions.  Kelwin has also been engaged on advisory matters concerning risk reviews of high-risk products and services, anti-money laundering compliance and anti-bribery programmes for corporates and private equity firms.
