Advises on a wide range of contentious matters including product liability, general corporate, commercial and financial litigation and regulatory investigations. Recent work includes: an international sanctions based internal investigation for a major European bank; product liability advice for the food industry; judicial review advice in the telecommunications sector; a large multi-jurisdictional fraud claim including investigations by international regulators; and general media work, including reputation management and the protection of confidential information.
