  • the underwriters in relation to the IPO and premium listing of Crest Nicholson Holdings plc, a UK homebuilder, on the London Stock Exchange
  • Tupras –  Represented the issuer in connection with this Turkish oil refiner’s offering of notes
  • Cableuropa and ONO Group - Represented the principal holding company for the ONO Group, the largest broadband telecommunications and cable television multiple systems operator in Spain, in multiple offerings of a high-yield debt securities, including senior secured notes and subordinated notes.  Currently principal outside counsel to the ONO group for ongoing securities law matters
  • the underwriters in relation to the IPO and premium listing of Glencore International plc on the London and HK stock exchanges
