David Harkness leads our Global Tax, Pensions and Employment practice.  David specialises in corporate and international tax planning.  He has worked on many significant public and private mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, financing transactions and securitisations.  David has particular experience in advising banks and financial institutions on public takeover issues and on tax disputes.
