Experience and career history
Mathieu Remy specialises in domestic and cross-border public and private M&A, joint ventures and private equity. He is the co-head of the OHADA zone and Francophone West and Central Africa group and of the French-German group.
Mathieu has extensive experience in working for major French financial institutions on M&A activity and for a broad spectrum of French and international corporations particularly in the consumer goods & retail, media, energy and telecoms sectors.
