Advising investment banks in high-profile securitisation transactions involving a wide range of asset classes (CMBS, pan-European trade receivables, whole business), banks and sponsors on French PFI and other infrastructure finance transactions. Infrastructure projects advised on to date include vessels, hospitals and prisons.
