Inigo Villoria is actively involved in the most significant real estate insolvencies being developed in Spain and advising in debt restructuring deals in order to minimise insolvency related risk.
Inigo specialises in litigation and arbitration regarding commercial disputes, in particular private equity and banking litigation as well as aircraft repossession and litigation matters.
