Ulrich Reese
Experience and career history
Ulrich Reese concentrates on pharmaceutical and medical device law, market access, compliance, unfair competition law and healthcare related commercial and corporate transactions. He also advises on domestic and international corporations along the life-cycle of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, foodstuff, cosmetics and chemicals. His practice covers a wide range of contentious and non-contentious aspects in the life science industry.
Ulrich Reese is recognised as one of the leading advisors in the pharmaceutical field and has received the German Pharmaceutical Law award in 2006. He is a visiting lecturer at the Pharmaceutical Law department of the University of Marburg as well as legal advisor to and member of legal committees of the main trade associations in the healthcare sector. He is co-chair of the Committee for Pharmaceutical and Nutritional Law of the German Association of Intellectual Property and Copyright (Gesellschaft für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht – GRUR).
