Advises companies on individual and collective labour law issues, in particular in connection with the preparation and implementation of corporate reorganisation and restructuring measures (e.g. transfers of undertaking, reconciliation of interests, social compensation plans, mass dismissals), in the context of negotiation of works agreements, the introduction or amendment of pension plans, employee benefits including stock option schemes as well as litigation.
Regularly advises and negotiates in M&A and also outsourcing transactions.
