Experience and career history
Specialises in EC and German competition law in particular mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cartels, compliance programmes, distribution and licensing arrangements across a wide range of industry sectors. This particularly includes the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, food and chemicals sectors, in respect of which he also advises on all regulatory matters.
Broad experience in European and national merger control and cartel proceedings.
Member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V., Co-coordinator of the regional group "Rheinland".
Permanent speaker at FORUM Institut für Management.
