Advised on German Groundlease Finance S.A. I and II, the first German ground lease securitisation to date.

Furthermore specializes in environmental law with a particular focus on transactional environmental law (M&A), in emissions trading (EU ETS and Kyoto Protocol CDM / JI) and in planning law.
