Specialises in structured finance transactions, restructurings and workouts. Experience in German and pan-European transactions involving a large variety of asset classes.
Recent notable transactions include:
- several credit-crisis related restructurings and bailouts for a broad variety of affected and involved parties
- GRAND, largest ever real estate securitisation transaction in Europe (volume of EUR 5.4 billion)
- German Groundlease Finance S.A. I, II and III the first and to date only German ground lease securitisations
- structuring of several ABCP programmes and transactions in a large variety of asset classes ranging from automotive over consumer to telephone receiveables
- Chrysalis, the first German whole business securitisation transaction
and the first German remittance securitisations.
