Vlad Petrus specialises in bank lending, acquisition and project finance, capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, and dispute resolution and litigation. Vlad has advised on a broad spectrum of domestic and international financings, capital markets transactions, and arbitration cases.
Vlad is head of its finance and litigation practices.

Highlights of deals and projects
A syndicate of banks led by Erste Bank and Československá obchodní banka in connection with the CZK 10 billion recapitalisation facility for FALCON BORROWER S. à r.l. and TMCZ HOLDCO II (LUX) S. à r.l, companies holding an almost 40% stake in T-Mobile CZ. Measured by volume, this was by far the largest bank transaction in the Czech market in 2012.
Česká spořitelna, ING Bank, Československá obchodní banka and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic as arrangers and other finance parties of a EUR 180 million investment and working capital financing for PEGAS NONWOVENS and PEGAS NONWOVENS International.
Česká spořitelna, a.s. on the defence of procedural and substantive rights in the insolvency proceedings concerning Oděvní podnik (OP Prostějov), a major Czech clothing producer, including litigation at appellate and constitutional review level.
