David Kolacek specialises in M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and privatizations. He has advised local and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in various sectors with particular focus on energy and renewables. 

David has been  a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Bar Association since 2009. David's native language is Czech and he is fluent in English.
