Corporate/commercial work, in particular acquisitions and disposals, private equity, general corporate finance, joint ventures and equity issues. He has been based in CEE since 1999 and has advised a number of international investors in the region, including clients in the financial, utility and telecoms sectors. Alex has also advised on a number of private equity investments in a range of sectors.
