Experience and career history
Tim Wang has extensive experience in corporate cross-border M&A and capital markets and has been particularly active in advising Chinese companies in their overseas listing and outbound investment. He has more than six years' experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises including as in-house counsel at China Huarong Asset Management Company.
Tim has recently led a team advising four Chinese companies on their Hong Kong listing, including the top three biggest Hong Kong IPOs in 2012 to date.
