Experience and career history
Terence Foo advises international corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in China, including in the financial services sector, as well as public takeovers of Hong Kong and mainland China listed companies. Terence heads the private equity practice in mainland China and advises private equity and sovereign wealth funds on buyouts, public-to-private, PIPE, growth capital and pre-IPO investments in China.
