Experience and career history
Stephen Harder has over 20 years' experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt restructurings in the US, Europe and Asia. Stephen is based in China, where his recent experience includes water, power and oil and gas infrastructure projects, cross border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, privatisation and direct investment issues. Previously in Europe, he was advisor to the Governments of Poland and Russia with respect to sovereign debt restructuring and mass privatisation programs. Stephen is listed as a leading individual for China projects in Chambers, The World’s Leading Lawyers.
